Button! Button! Who's got the button? Hello everyone! Thank you for stopping by. I'm here today to share with you my latest printable, Faux Button Cards!
Linda Israel sent me a message a month or so ago asking if I would be interested in making some button cards & I was happy to oblige.
I first searched the web for some inspiration. Old button cards were very simple in design & normally the main focus of the art were people & the occasional bird. Not many had flowers. So I knew I wanted to make sure I had some cards that showcased roses and other flowers.
Another thing I wanted to focus on was creating my own logos for the button companies that would be displayed on my button cards. I didn't want to use a company name that could still be trademarked or copyrighted. I think this was my favorite part of creating these button cards was creating the logos.
This collection of button cards include 12 printable cards. Each card is approx 3x4 inches. This size would be perfect for scrapbooking, junk journaling and of course decoratively storing your vintage buttons.
You can buy these button cards here
Linda also created a cute and fun way to use these cards. I love how she made the cards a little more 3d. I hope that you will take a moment and check out her tutorial.
